Policies and Procedures
All treatments may be subject to change from the original appointment made. I may conclude once the skin has been analyzed that a different approach would be more appropriate towards your skin type and condition or because of specific goals wanting to be addressed.
Gratuity: Although I am grateful when my clients want to offer me gratuity, I do not accept any gratuity. I would appreciate that money to go toward your home care where we can continue to change and improve your skin.
Cancellations: 48 Hours advanced cancellation is just, and is the right thing to do. I have never needed to accept payment before appointment or charge a cancellation fee. I am very understanding that life is unpredictable and issues do arise. I will honor you when you come to have a treatment, I ask that you honor me and be on time to your appointment and give me adequate notification for cancellations.
